MKIV
The Manesty MKIV double-sided rotary tablet press with pre-compression and optional bi-layer capability offers great versatility and is designed for high volume production of a wide range of products. It’s well proven design can produce more than 300,000 tablets per hour.
The unique 3 paddle design provides excellent flow of aterial and feeding to the die table and allows for quick changeovers. The tool-less, single piece discharge chute with its tablet chute backup sensor also makes quick changes on the machine possible. For thorough and easy cleaning, the overhead guards can be easily lifted to access the MKIV on all four sides.
