TIAS Inspection System
The patented TIAS MTL40 is our newest punch inspection fixture designed to measure both single and multi-tip punches. Utilizing non-contact laser measurement, precision linear slides, and Allen Bradley PLC control, the MTL40 delivers precise, reliable, and repeatable measurements for working length, barrel diameter, and overall length, making inspection of punches less mundane and more beneficial.
A multi-tip punch can be measured in less than 5 seconds per tip, which drastically reduces the current time required for an operator to measure multi-tip tools manually. User friendly, intuitive client server software interfaces with the fixture to store measurements, tracking usage, manage tablet drawings, and print reports. Lastly, a detailed audit trail ensures data integrity and compliance.
